Full balance is due upon scheduling

Worker Safety & On-Site Expectations

  • Client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible working environment.

  • Trinity Sounds team reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or unreasonably obstructive.

  • Workers must be treated with professional courtesy. Hostile behavior, harassment, or threats will result in immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.

Scope of Work & Liability

  • Trinity Sounds is not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to the system being serviced unless directly included in the evaluation or quote.

  • Any unauthorized tampering or alterations after our service voids any service warranty.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by power surges, third-party misuse, or client-installed equipment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rebooking fee.

  • Emergency weather or force majeure will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and services will be rescheduled.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the deposit.

📜 5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • System designs, signal paths, layouts, and documentation created by Trinity Sounds are proprietary and may not be duplicated or distributed without written consent.

  • Any branded software or layouts installed remain the property of Trinity Sounds unless explicitly transferred in writing.
